Job Description

As a Community Manager and Marketer at Oschool, you will be responsible for managing our online community and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence. You will play a key role in creating engaging content that reflects our company's identity and values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Community Management: Engage with our community across various platforms, respond to comments, and foster a positive environment.
  • Content Creation: Develop and execute content strategies for social media, blogs, and other channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote our courses and content.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and community engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in community management and marketing (amateur or professional).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A passion for learning and innovation is a plus.

What We Offer
